Your Role:
The main responsibility of the Analytics Manager is to understand and manage Philips business needs for B2C and B2B in terms of data acquisition, data quality, data insights to support and boost Philips consumer/customer engagement and return on investment.
You will have to quickly identify the major challenges, take ownership on them and move forward to plan and manage programs, actions and stakeholders within all given KPI and deadlines, always keen to team-up with colleagues and learn from their experiences.
Being an analytics partner to the Personal health business from a customer lens
Focus on story telling, business insights, and actionable recommendations, incl but not limited to data pulls, data validations, etc. for key customers
Stronger emphasis on commercial understanding and BU deep dives and creating monthly reports for key customers
Contrinute to MPR and directly work with leadership on business critical projects, fewer bigger better mindset
Ownership of projects and faster decision making
Reporting and out of the box solution, critical thinking and standardization of key BU reports
Focus on forward looking KPIs for PH
Media and sell out performance KPI set-up, ongoing alignment and guidance at Sector/business Group/ Market level
Insights generation and reporting at corporate/business level
Strategy build-up to support Sectors and Markets needs to boost the overall campaigns performances and effectiveness
Manage and resolve key data strategy issues involving quality, consistency, privacy and growth.
You are a part of
You’ll be part of the Commercial Analytics team composed by Advanced Analytics Leaders, Commercial Analytics Data Leads and Data Scientists. Commercial Analytics team is a part of Sales Center of Excellence (CoE), focused on enabling Personal Health go-to-market execution for Business Units and Regions, upgrading sales capabilities, including revenue growth management, e-commerce, new channels development and commercial analytics. You’ll be based in our Bangalore office.
