Here on the Apple Store Online (ASO)team, we are responsible for Apple's largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for someone to help us do extraordinary things.

We are looking for an Analytics Project Manager in Bangalore who would be part of a team of eCommerce analytics specialists within ASO. This role involves being aware of how frustratingly valuable data can be, and the ability to build the skills to collect and interpret that data. We seek understanding of business strategies that are fueled by the output of this process.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

- 8+ years of overall experience with atleast 4+ years working within Project management, Business analysis, Keynote & business ready presentations, eCommerce industry knowledge

- Highly proficient and hands-on in Wrike, Tableau, Keynote, and Excel

- Strong ability to summarize key business information into key leadership ready slides for insights distribution

- Experience in analytics applications like SQL, ticketing system, big plus

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in one of these fields : Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Finance, Advanced Analytics, or related field. Master's Degree from a reputed school preferred

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Foundational understanding of eCommerce Marketing, Merchandising and value Chain concepts

- 4 to 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the analytics or data-driven industry.

- Strong knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence customers.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

- Proven track record of successfully managing stakeholder relationships

- Strong Business planning, commercial competence and financial experience supporting end to end measurement and packaging for business leaders

- Strong fluency in translating complex insights from analysis into crisp insights, actions and recommendations to both technical and non-technical leaders and colleagues

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable but not required.

- Management consulting work experience a big plus

- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and manage relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and external partners, providing regular project updates and managing expectations.

- Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and implement methodologies to optimize project management efficiency and effectiveness within the analytics team.

- Documentation: Business process documentation and planning

- Be the Analytics Translator: You will work with multiple analytics teams and leads to bring rigor and robustness in approach for business teams and translate them into meaningful insights, tools and value for the ASO Business
