The FP&A Analyst will be an integral member of FP&A team and will be responsible for providing support in financial planning processes including budgets/forecasts and variance analysis along with performing financial analysis, preparing dashboards and reporting KPIs.
The individual will report to the Senior Manager, FP&A at Woundtech and will have a substantial voice within the organization, interacting regularly with the Executive team, working cross functionally to develop comprehensive financial models & perform insightful analysis, and helping the management make timely decisions. The role calls for a self-motivated hands-on individual who can thrive in a performance-based culture and who has the drive, work ethic & energy to learn, grow and be successful.
Responsibilities:
• Provide the management of the company with analysis and advice for the most effective utilization of the Companys financial resources to increase profitability and grow the company at an optimal rate.
• Analytics: own reporting and explanation of underlying drivers of business performance; create regular /ad-hoc operating metrics report and dashboard.
• Manage reporting of KPIs for the overall business on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis.
• Create and maintain detailed forecasting models and reports to support short-term and long-term strategic planning.
• Quantify risks and opportunities in achieving forecasts and explain variances to forecasts.
• Create ad hoc analysis/sensitivities to understand potential outcomes.
• Provide extensive support in the annual budget planning process.
• Resourceful in creating or fine tuning the processes necessary to complete the work along with the ability to organize people and activities.
• Project management and on-time deliver with regular updates to all stakeholders.

Requirements
• Higher education in finance or non-finance with keen interest in corporate finance
• 2+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking or consulting
• Graduate from Tier-1 colleges/universities or an MBA.
• Strong analytical skills and an expert with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, Knowledge of PowerBI and Oracle PBCS preferrable
• Strong business acumen with good understanding of financial statements, revenue & cost drivers
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain what, why and how clearly.
• An entrepreneurial by nature with a strong sense of ownership.
