Job Description:

Education : Bachelors degree in commerce, Finance, or a related field.
Experience : Min 3.5 years in quality assurance, preferably in the financial services or
retirement planning sector.
Knowledge : Strong understanding of IRA products, retirement & Wealth regulations, and
quality control principles will be added weightage

• Excellent knowledge on FSA,HRA,HSA claim processing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office.
• Effective communication [both written and verbal] and interpersonal skills.
• Should be flexible to working in rotational shifts [WAO/WAH].
• Keen to learn and apply new ideas and be able to leverage best practices through collaborative working
