Electrical Technician

Electrical Technician- (Female candidate preferred)

Job Description :

1. ITI/ Diploma Electrical or Instrumentation with valid license.
2. Minimum 4+ years of experience
3. Handling machines involved in Manufacturing and packing of FMCG ie. Tube filling machines, encapsulation & soft gel , tablets & capsules .
4. Knowledge in reading P&ID , Datasheets , wiring drawing of Electrical and Instrumentation circuits .
5. Experience on induction motors , servo motors and stepper motors
6. Trouble shooting and installation of VFD , Servo drives and conventional starters.
7. Experience on control valves and ON/OFF valves involved in PID loops.
8. Hands on experience in UV and Inkjet printers involved in coding .
9. Experience on PLC and servo drives.
10. Basic instrumentation knowledge with respect to transmitters , sensors and measuring devices.
11. Preferably work experience is required in Pharmaceutical formulation plants / FMCG plants / Food packing industries.
12. Able to carry Scheduled / breakdown maintenance with documentation.
13. Strictly adhering to company GMP , GDP and safety policies.
