Role Description:

- We are seeking a strategic and experienced HRBP People & Culture to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive organizational culture.

- This role will be instrumental in shaping our people strategy, enhancing employee engagement, and driving talent development in alignment with our business goals.

- The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the startup environment.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies to foster a positive workplace culture.

- Address and resolve employee grievances promptly and effectively, ensuring a fair and transparent process.

- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions.

- Enhance communication strategies to ensure clarity, consistency, and transparency across the organization.

- Collaborate with leadership to communicate organizational changes, updates, and initiatives.

- Act as a liaison between employees and management, facilitating open dialogue and feedback.

- Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to employee engagement.

- Develop change management plans that align with business objectives and support employee adaptation.

- Lead and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture and regularly assess and improve engagement using surveys and feedback tools.

- Design and implement incentive programs that motivate and reward employee performance.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of incentive programs, making recommendations for enhancements.

- Oversee internal communications to ensure clear and consistent messaging across the organization.

- Manage external communication for employer branding and culture alignment with company values.

-Identify training needs and develop comprehensive L&D programs to support employee growth and career development.

- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and competencies across the organization.

- Analyze employee turnover data to identify trends and implement strategies to reduce attrition.

- Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback to improve retention efforts.

Requirements:

- Any Master's degree in HR or related field.

- 6 to 9 years of experience in HRBP roles, with a focus on employee relations, employee engagement, change management, organizational development and managing internal and external communication.

- Proven track record in managing employee grievances and fostering a positive workplace culture.

- Strong understanding of HR best practices.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day HR operations.

- Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software.
