Cashier

• Handle customers, so they should be friendly and polite.
• He/ She should be able to answer questions, explain the information, and direct customers.
• Handling transactions, responsible for collecting payments, recording transactions, and making change. He should be able to handle cash, credit cards, and cheques.
• Maintaining the work environment: Cashiers should keep their work area clean and organized.
• Resolving complaints: Cashiers should be able to handle complaints professionally and quickly.
• Processing returns and exchanges: Cashiers may be responsible for processing returns and exchanges.
• Counting and balancing: Cashiers should count and balance their cash drawer at the end of each shift.
• Stocking shelves: Cashiers may be responsible for stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels.
• Being familiar with store policies: Cashiers should be familiar with store policies.
• Any other responsibilities as and when assigned.

Qualification:

• The Candidate should be B.Com with 03 years experience.
