Sales Manager

Sales Manager PQEC (sales for Active harmonics filter ,STATCON (Dynamic VAR compensator) ,Hybrid solution of harmonic and/or PF )

• Getting the targeted sales from respective area with appropriate product mix and material cost benchmark
• Develop channel networks as targeted
• Collection as per plan
• Generating new targeted customers and enquiries for our product and services.
• Co-coordinating with Reporting authority and H.O for contract review, tenders, dispatch, payments collection, and customer complaints and providing the solutions.
• Building and enhancing the corporate brand image of the company by assuring good experience to the customer, helping in advertisement, exhibition, newsletter list, up-gradation, arranging and delivering seminars / presentations etc.
• Work closely with channel partner, consultants, end customer & System Integrators to foresee the Market positions
• Reporting regularly as per requirement..
• Retaining existing customer's dealing with them on day-to day basis and solving their problems.
• Conducting demonstration / trail, client visit at H.O / other ref. Client place etc. for business development.

PROFILE

• The candidate should be around 35+ years of age, with 2-5 years of direct Sales & Channel sales experience.
• The Candidate should hold a BE or Diploma qualification in EE/ Power Electronics /EC/IC from a reputed institute
• Effective presentation skills, the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Aggressive, process oriented and has passion to achieve
• Good customer relationship
• Familiarity with the Indian market and business environment is a must.

• Knowledge of applications / Segment.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficient computer skills and knowledge.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• BE or Diploma (Electrical / Power Electronics)
• MBA Marketing would be an added advantage
