Senior Accountant

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sr. Accountant to manage and oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of accounting principles and is responsible for maintenance of the complete Accounting System of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers and journals.
• Prepare and review invoices, bills, and other financial documents.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Ensure timely filing of returns and adherence to financial regulations.
• Support in audit processes and provide necessary documentation.
• Handle GST filings and ensure timely compliance with all tax obligations.
• Oversee financial transactions to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with legal standards.
• Supervise junior accounting staff and provide guidance as necessary.
• Tracking Sales team progress on Payment follow-ups.
• Creating Balance sheets and all relevant financial reports to be submitted to management and CA.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Educational Qualification with B.Com, M.com, MBA/BBA
• Expert in Tally
• Internet Banking
• Microsoft office, word, excel, PowerPoint
