We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to enhance our E-commerce operation across a broad base of Indian and International B2B clients. The position will manage a team of over 250+ people spread across various e-commerce verticals including cataloging, imaging, digital marketing, data analytics, customer excellence, technology, and process automation. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset along with a strong background in E-commerce operations, especially process automation, tools, technology, and leveraging AI.
Key Responsibilities of the profile:
- Operational Leadership:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, and quality, and enhancing productivity by creating and implementing operational policies and procedures to improve overall effectiveness.
- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals.
- Technology and Tools:
- Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction by incorporating various tools and technologies to be future ready in terms of optimisation and productivity.
- Performance Management:
- Implement performance improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
- Resource Management:
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources including personnel, technology, and budgets.
- Client Relations:
- Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality control measures and continuous improvement processes.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks to operations and develop mitigation strategies.
- Project Management:
- Oversee key projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Skills:
