Job Description
- Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade and support of networking infrastructure.
- Identifying and solving any problems that arise with the ICT networks and systems.
- Monitoring networks and systems to identify how performance can improved.
- Generate site preliminaries inspection reports.
- Review Standards and Specifications to ensure compliance.
- Undertake preventative maintenance checks, system reliability, monitoring and documentation requirements.
- Provide support to level 2 3 level technical support as a key escalation point for all network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with the network administrators and Hardware and Software maintenance teams in the deployment, monitoring, management of the IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with the Systems Administrators and Hardware and Software maintenance teans in the deployment, monitoring, management of the IT infrastructure.
- Be familiar with processes for Change Requests and client Incident/Request ownership through to resolution.
