?Qualification ?Bachelors or Masters degree in the relevant field ?Ramanathapuram District, Tamil Nadu Employment Type: Full-time Key ?Responsibilities ?Community Engagement: Mobilize fisher communities, coordinate with SHG leaders, village heads, and government officials. ?Field Operations ?Oversee field staff, plan activities, and troubleshoot challenges. ?Project Planning & Adaptation ?Develop work plans, adjusting to climatic and technical needs. ?Communication & Documentation ?Maintain reports, track progress, and ensure clear communication. ?Technology Use ?Utilize smartphones, GPS, online reporting, and messaging tools for project tracking. ?Regional Focus ?Work across villages from Olaikuda to Damodarapattinam to enhance participation. ?Qualifications & Skills: Experience ?Background in fisheries, aquaculture, or rural development preferred. ?Government Schemes ?Familiarity with aquaculture-related policies and support programs. ?Leadership & Problem-Solving ?Strong skills in managing teams and adapting to challenges. ?Digital Literacy ?Ability to use smartphones and online reporting tools. ?Language ?Fluency in Tamil; basic English is an advantage.
