Job Description
- Internship Support: Write to companies to explore internship opportunities for students. Identify and establish connections with new companies for internships. Maintain and regularly update internship data. Provide timely updates to students and stakeholders regarding internship opportunities and progress.
- Admissions Management: Oversee the end-to-end admission process. Handle inbound calls and in-person inquiries related to admissions. Organize and coordinate admission interviews. Handle the admission portal. Maintain and update Swagatham and CMS portals. Manage student ID issuance.
- Event Coordination: Maintain a comprehensive list and report of events happening in the school. Coordinate with the PGP Office for scheduling academic and non-academic events. Liaise with the Dean s Office to ensure proper arrangements, approvals, and smooth execution of events. Manage event logistics, including venue setup, seating arrangements, and AV equipment.
- Student Clubs and Committees: Conduct regular meetings with student clubs and committees to ensure they remain active. Support student groups in organizing more activities and events. Maintain a comprehensive record of activities organized by clubs and committees.
