Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer specializing in speech processing to contribute to our speech-to-text and audio analysis initiatives.
- You will work on developing robust solutions that convert and interpret audio data with high accuracy.
- Design, develop, and optimize ML models for speech recognition and audio processing.
- Large-scale video dataset creation (i.e. defining the dataset statistics) for training AI models.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize models for real-world performance.
- Keep updated with the latest research and technology advancements in speech processing.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Speech/Audio Processing.
- Proficiency in Python, with experience using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Kaldi.
- Strong understanding of speech processing fundamentals and familiarity with ASR models like ESPNET / FairSeq / Athena / Deep Speech.
- Hands-on experience with current deep learning (DL) techniques like Convolutional neural networks (CNNs), Transformers, connectionist temporal classification (CTC), etc used for speech processing is essential.
- Experience with deploying and optimizing audio models on cloud platforms.
- Ability to implement state-of-the-art deep learning architectures as outlined in research papers Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with real-time audio processing.
- Background in optimizing ML models for speed and accuracy in audio applications and different hardware platforms.
- Familiarity with Docker, Git, ML Tracking/Visualization tools like Neptune.ai or Tensorboard
- Experience in the conversion of models to formats that are compatible with mobiles.
