Digital Support Executive

We are looking for a Digital Support person to provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and guidance to clients using our digital products and services. This role focuses on delivering efficient solutions and ensuring a seamless user experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer technical support to clients via email, phone, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to applications, and digital platforms.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and guiding them through the setup and configuration of digital products.
• Provide clear and professional communication, ensuring a positive client experience
• Document and track support requests, resolutions, and client feedback.
• Create and update knowledge base articles, user manuals, and FAQs to help clients self-resolve issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Identify recurring issues and propose long-term solutions to improve system efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Provide training and demonstrations for clients to maximize their understanding of the digital tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3 years experience in the Software industry will be preferred.
• Previous experience in a digital support role.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, clear manner to non-technical clients.
• Experience with customer support software, ticketing systems, and CRM platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
