Aws Devops Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer with a strong background in AWS services, SIL, and telecommunications (telco) to join our innovative team. The candidate should have excellent technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to collaborate in client-facing roles. Experience with NetSapiens will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. DevOps Practices:
   
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for smooth and reliable application deployment.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and monitoring using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
2. AWS Cloud Management:
   
• Manage and optimize AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, and CloudWatch, to ensure scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
3. SIL and Telecommunications Expertise:
   
• Design and deploy infrastructure solutions tailored to the needs of telecommunications clients.
• Ensure solutions meet carrier-grade reliability and scalability requirements.
4. NetSapiens Platform (Preferred):
   
• Configure and maintain NetSapiens platforms, ensuring smooth integration with client systems and business operations.
5. Monitoring and Performance:
   
• Set up and manage monitoring systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or cloud-native monitoring tools.
• Continuously monitor and enhance application/system performance.
6. Collaboration and Communication:
   
• Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
• Engage with clients daily, providing updates, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Experience:
  
• Proven experience as an AWS DevOps Engineer, with expertise in telecommunications and SIL solutions.
• NetSapiens (Preferred):
  
• Hands-on experience with NetSapiens platform configuration and management.
• DevOps Tools:
  
• Proficiency with tools such as Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, and Git.
• Monitoring Tools:
  
• Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, or similar monitoring solutions.
• Certifications (Preferred):
  
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or equivalent certifications.
• Skills:
  
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities to resolve complex issues effectively.
• Communication:
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a minimum IELTS equivalent score of 6.5 or higher.
• Confident in daily interactions with clients to provide updates and resolve queries.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of telco infrastructure solutions.
• Proven ability to manage carrier-grade systems for scalability and reliability.
