Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, pitching products and services to meet sales targets.
Understand customer needs and offer solutions that align with their requirements.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally to close sales deals.
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
Preferred Qualifications
1+ year of telesales experience in real estate.
Proven sales track record.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication.
Strong resilience and adaptability.
Knowledge of local real estate market trends.
Bilingual or multilingual skills (Hind and English)
