Job description

We are seeking multiple skilled Security Engineer to join our dynamic team to support our US based client Kenzo Security (https://www.kenzo.security/ ).

As a Senior Golang Developer, youll play a critical role in designing and building the backend

architecture of our core platform. Youll work closely with a cross-functional team of engineers,

architects, and product managers to deliver robust, scalable solutions that solve real-world

problems in security and data processing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable and reliable backend services using Go

(Golang).

• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and gRPC services for high-performance

applications.

• Work with databases (SQL and NoSQL) to manage large-scale data efficiently.
• Collaborate with DevOps to ensure smooth deployment and performance monitoring.
• Implement security best practices in coding, authentication, and authorization.
• Write efficient, clean, and maintainable code with a strong focus on performance and

scalability.

• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in distributed systems.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends in backend development and cloud-native

architectures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years using Golang.
• Strong knowledge of concurrency patterns and microservices architecture.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and gRPC services.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like

Kubernetes (EKS preferred).

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of security best practices in backend development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ,

etc.).

• Familiarity with distributed tracing, monitoring, and logging tools (Prometheus,

Grafana, ELK stack).
