Role Overview:

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our innovative team at AmpereHour Energy.

- The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of comprehensive experience, with a strong background in substations, civil works, leadership, cash flow and contract management, as well as scheduling and reporting.

- As a pivotal member of our organization, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of AI/ML-enabled Energy Storage Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Oversee all aspects of project execution, including electrical, civil works, and coordination with various stakeholders.

- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities, effectively managing project teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.

- Manage cash flow and contract negotiations, ensuring financial sustainability and profitability of projects.

- Develop and maintain project schedules, monitoring progress and implementing adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.

- Prepare comprehensive project reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders and management on project status, risks, and milestones.

- Liaising with government agencies.

- Understand the contract clauses for expected outcomes.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects in the energy sector.

- Extensive experience in substations, renewable energy like solar or wind and project leadership.

- Strong financial acumen, with experience in cash flow and contract management.

- Proficiency in project scheduling software and reporting tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
