Compensation and Benefits: Administering employee compensation and benefits programs, conducting salary surveys, analyzing market trends, and ensuring competitive and fair compensation practices.
Policy Development: Developing and updating HR policies and procedures to align with changing legal requirements and organizational needs.
HR Administration: Maintaining employee records and HR databases, preparing HR reports and analytics, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Employee Engagement: Implementing initiatives to foster employee engagement, motivation, and satisfaction, such as employee recognition programs, feedback mechanisms, and team-building activities.
