Vsquare Systems - SAP S/4 HANA Consultant - Implementation & Support (4-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Manage SAP S4/HANA Implementation & Support : Oversee the implementation and upgrade of SAP S4/HANA and provide day-to-day support for SAP ECC FICO processes.

- Lead and Coordinate : Lead the AMS support, manage a team of 1 FI consultant and 1 ABAP developer onsite, while working with an offshore team as required.

- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to track and manage project deliverables, ensuring effective communication and timely delivery of solutions.

- FI Module Expertise : Apply your expertise in FI AR, AP, Assets, Bank Accounting, GST, and Budgeting to provide solutions and support for the client's SAP environment.

- Fiori Development & Support : Use FIORI for user interface development and ensuring a smooth, user-friendly experience for stakeholders.

- Issue Tracking & Resolution : Manage and track all incoming issues through JIRA, ensuring timely resolution and service delivery without escalations.

- User Training & Support : Provide training sessions for users and ensure they are equipped with the knowledge to efficiently use the system.

- SLA Management : Monitor, report, and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) with clients.

- BASIS Coordination : Plan and manage BASIS-related activities for the SAP environment.

- Weekly Reporting : Prepare and share weekly progress updates and status reports with stakeholders.

- Innovative Problem Solving : Actively contribute to identifying solutions to challenges, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP S4/HANA with a strong focus on FI processes.

- Implementation Experience : At least 1-2 full-cycle implementations of SAP S4/HANA.

- FI Module Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of FI AR, AP, Assets, Bank Accounting, GST, and Budgeting using PS.

- Fiori Expertise : Must have experience in working with FIORI to develop user interfaces.

- Team Management : Proven ability to manage both on-site and offshore teams.

- Issue Tracking & Reporting : Proficiency in using JIRA for issue tracking and preparing regular updates for stakeholders.

- Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders and end users.

- Service Industry Knowledge : Experience in the service industry will be an added advantage.

- Education : Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
