Manager Business Development

Role & responsibilities Establish and expand the company products in across the various insulation industry • Support the organisation to meet its business expansion plans • Tracking distribution and sales performance on monthly basis. Ensuring realization of the sales and profitability objectives Sales planning and forecasting and ownership of promotion calendar and annual budget • Driving all marketing initiatives - identifying target market/industry, lead generation, develop new customer. • Identifying newer avenues of business • Ensuring timely collection of outstanding Closely, marketing activities and new product launches • Submission of MIS/Reports/Scorecards pertaining to Execution

Preferred candidate profile: - Sales & Marketing of Perlite/Thermal Insulation Product. Candidate Must be from insulation company/Industry.
