Operation Theater Nurse or Surgical Assistant (M/F/D)

Roles and Responsibilities:

> As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for instrumentation, assisting and stand-in activities in the operating room.

> You are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of operations and are responsible for the preparation, monitoring and aftercare measures for our patients during surgical procedures.

> Together in the team, you ensure smooth operating room processes in our four operating rooms and work in an interdisciplinary and trusting manner with our specialist departments.

> After successful training, you will take part in the operating room on-call service (no housekeeping services).

Qualifications:

> You have successfully completed vocational training as a health and nursing assistant or operating room technical assistant (OTA).

> It would be desirable, but not absolutely necessary, for you to have specialist training and/or initial professional experience in the operating room.

> You enjoy constructive and interdisciplinary collaboration in a dynamic, motivated team.

> Good communication skills, open-mindedness and empathy for our patients round off your profile.
