Position Summary:

Amla Commerce is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Expert to join our Cloud

Infrastructure team. This position plays a pivotal role in driving our cloud

architecture and ensuring that our solutions are secure, scalable, and

efficient. As a Cloud Expert, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams

to design, implement, and manage cloud solutions that empower our

business to thrive. Your expertise will guide the development and migration of

cloud platforms, optimize resources, and help us deliver high-performance,

cost-effective infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement cloud-based solutions using Azure, or Google

Cloud platforms.

• Architect scalable, high-performance cloud infrastructures to meet

evolving business needs.

• Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost, performance, and scalability.
• Lead the migration of legacy systems to cloud environments with

minimal disruption.

• Provide recommendations for adopting cloud-native technologies,

such as serverless computing, containers, and microservices.

• Monitor and manage cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability,

reliability, and security.

• Collaborate with development teams to integrate cloud infrastructure

into application pipelines.

• Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues promptly to ensure

continuous service.

• Ensure cloud compliance with security standards and best practices for

data protection.

• Stay current with cloud industry trends and technologies to

recommend cutting-edge solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in cloud architecture, designing, deploying, and

managing large-scale cloud solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a

related field.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, or

Google Cloud.

• Expertise in infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Strong knowledge of cloud networking, security, storage, and computer

services.

• Proven experience in cloud migration strategies, including data,

application, and infrastructure migrations.

• Proficiency with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g.,

Docker, Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practice within cloud

environments.

• Experience with cloud monitoring tools and cost management

practices.

• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
• Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate effectively with

cross-functional teams.
