Manager - Study Abroad Program

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager for our Study Abroad Program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for international education and a strong background in program management.
• The Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the program, including student recruitment, program development, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Development : Lead the development and implementation of the Study Abroad Program, including curriculum design, course selection, and program structure.
• Program Delivery: Plan and deliver a range of Global Program in accordance with we'll-defined processes and contribute to more complex project to ensure the successful deliveries of program.
• Student Recruitment: Develop and implement strategies to attract high-quality students to the program, including marketing campaigns and Presentation.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with faculty, staff, students, and external partners to ensure the success of the program.
• Program Administration: Manage all administrative aspects of the program, including budgeting, scheduling, and logistics.
• Student Support : Provide support and guidance to students throughout their participation in the program, including academic advising, cultural orientation, Travel and crisis management.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure the program meets the highest standards of academic excellence and student satisfaction through regular assessment and evaluation.
• Compliance : Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations governing international education programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a related field (masters degree preferred)
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in international education or program management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Knowledge of best practices in international education
• Proficiency in a second language preferred
