Role & responsibilities

• BOQ preparation of the project.
• Reconciliation of free issue material
• Estimation of quantities as per Drawing
• Preparation of Price Adjustment statement on RA Bills
• Attending Kick Off meetings and preparation of mom
• Follow up with clients for Design Approvals and Quality Plan approvals
• Planning and Scheduling Site activities and material supplies for the project
• Preparation of Work Orders for Sub-contractors
• Preparation of contractors running & final bills as per Work Order conditions
• Physical measurement of quantities and tracking the productivity
• Coordinating with sub-contractors to achieve the targets as per schedule planning.
• Checking and certifying quantities with the clients engineer.
• Checking monthly reconciliation of material for Every Bill.
• Subcontractor bill checkoing.
