Senior Manager/AGM/DGM - Projects

Role & responsibilities

Good experience in Water projects(Irrigation/Pipeline/JJM/WTP/ZBR/MBR)

Develop the work program as per project milestones, determine resource requirement, purpose deviation in productivity norms as per site condition.

Prepare suppliers schedule and initiate project plans.

Review of Material requirements, Manpower and finance requirements.

Negotiations with vendors & Sub contractors and finalizing rates.

Executing day-to-day contracts / commercial administration during execution stages and finally claims and arbitration management towards achieving the targeted financial objectives

Attending to client meetings for review of project progress and issues

Co-ordination with client for change of scope /work order amendments approvals.

Review of documents submission like BG/PBG/VAR policy /statutory docs.
