Specialist Software Engineer

In this vital role you will be part of the web team, which provides end-to-end digital solutions and hosting for global websites enabling Amgen brands to engage with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and our patients. The team provides an innovative web technology platform hosted in the cloud and ensures compliances and security features across Amgen websites. You will be part of Amgen's Global Commercial Operations Digital Technology Innovation (GCO DTI) organization. .

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with AWS infrastructure setup up and security principals.
• Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell and Python
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as AWS Cloud Formation or Terraform to automate and manage cloud services efficiently.
• Understanding of Sitecore CMS (or other Enterprise web CMS) and its architecture is a plus
• Superb communication skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively both in writing and verbally.
• Practical understanding of Agile / SAFe methodologies
• Proficiency with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and CI/CD tools
• Understanding of web technologies such as .NET, JavaScript Node. Js a plus
• Solid understanding of web QA process
• Be able to work in a dynamic environment with a customer-centric mindset
