Sr Associate IS Bus Sys Analyst

Your solid experience in business analysis, system design, and project management will enable you to deliver innovative and effective technology products. You will collaborate with Product owners and developers to maintain an efficient and consistent process, ensuring quality deliverables from the team.

• Collaborate with Study startup business stakeholders to elicit, define, and document business requirements. Translate these into clear and actionable technical specifications for the software engineering team.
• Work closely with the software engineering team, Veeva consultants to ensure they have a deep understanding of the requirements, addressing technical inquiries, and providing clarifications throughout the development process.
• Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for use by the development team. Ensure that stories are concise, well-defined, and actionable
• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project progress, risks, and challenges. Provide regular updates and capture feedback to ensure the solution aligns with business needs.
• Lead and facilitate meetings with stakeholders and engineers to define project scope, clarify expectations, and gain vital technical information for development.
• Partner with engineers to assess the feasibility of new features and solutions. Understand technical constraints and dependencies to ensure that proposed solutions are viable.
• Work closely with the testing team to ensure that all requirements are met during the testing phase. Assist in the development of test plans and scenarios to validate that solutions meet business requirements.
• Develop and execute effective product demonstrations for internal and external stakeholders
• Identify and manage risks associated with the systems, requirement validation, and user acceptance
• Develop & maintain documentations of configurations, processes, changes, communication plans and training plans for end users
• Ensure operational excellence, cybersecurity, and compliance
• Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams, including those in the US and other international locations
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

Basic Qualifications:

• Masters degree and 1 to 3 years of Computer Science/Information Systems experience with Agile Software Development methodologies experience OR
• Bachelors degree and 3 to 5 years of Computer Science/Information Systems experience with Agile Software Development methodologies experience OR
• Diploma and 7 to 9 years of Computer Science/Information Systems experience with Agile Software Development methodologies experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Must-Have Skills

• Experience with business systems analysis, writing user requirements and acceptance criteria in agile project management systems such as JIRA
• Experience with Software development lifecycle (SDLC) & Agile software development methodologies (Scrum)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Familiarity with Veeva Clinical Vault
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for Clinical Trials (e.g. 21 CFR Part11, ICH )

• Experience maintaining SaaS (software as a system) solutions and COTS (Commercial off the shelf) solutions
• Experience with data analysis, data modeling, and data visualization solutions such as Tableau and Spotfire
• Solid understanding of SQL using any RDBMS (Redshift, Postgres, MySQL, Teradata, Oracle, etc.)
• Experience with AWS Services (like EC2, S3), Salesforce, Jira, and API gateway, etc.

Professional Certifications (please mention if the certification is preferred or mandatory for the role):

• SAFe for Teams certification (preferred)
