Data Engineer - Corporate Functions

Basic Qualifications:

• Masters degree and 1 to 3 years of Information Systems with knowledge of ServiceNow within the HR Service Delivery modules, including Employee Center Pro, HR Case Management, Knowledge-based Articles and Lifecycle Events experience OR
• Bachelors degree and 3 to 5 years of Information Systems with knowledge of ServiceNow within the HR Service Delivery modules, including Employee Center Pro, HR Case Management, Knowledge-based Articles and Lifecycle Events experience OR
• Diploma and 7 to 9 years of Information Systems with knowledge of ServiceNow within the HR Service Delivery modules, including Employee Center Pro, HR Case Management, Knowledge-based Articles and Lifecycle Events experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing HR Service Delivery solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Solid grasp of HR processes, service delivery, and workflow automation, particularly in a large enterprise environment.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical architectures and scalable system solutions.
• Experience leading complex HR technology projects from design through to deployment, ensuring they meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), agile delivery models, and standard methodologies in system architecture and integration.
• Superb communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior key collaborators.
• Experience mentoring and guiding junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on improving user experience and system performance
