Senior Ops Risk Management Assoc

Job Duties
Serve as central point of contact for various business areas and third parties that receive complaints about Ameriprise bank products
Manage intake, tracking, and reporting for all client complaints for bank products and from social media monitoring
Work with business and technical teams to ensure timely complaint response and resolution
Perform trending and analysis of complaint data and social media monitoring metrics
Produce management and regulatory reporting for complaints and social media monitoring (e. g. BCS management, Bank Board of Directors, external regulators)
Maintain procedure(s) for bank complaints and social media monitoring; work with stakeholder teams to ensure procedures are aligned to bank Policies and processes.
Escalate complaints and social media monitoring based on defined levels
Ensure complaint and social media monitoring documentation is properly retained

Required Skills

• Associate's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of relevant experience. *Post-secondary education and relevant work experience may be interchanged to meet the combined total years of minimum required qualifications for education and experience
• MS Excel proficient
• Adhere to all company policies including maintaining confidentiality of complaints and social media monitoring metrics

Desired Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Banking or Financial Services Compliance experience
• Good analytical, quantitative & problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of banking operations and processes
• Excellent communication skills
