Job Description

Position Summary :

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Coordinator -Membership Program to support our customer loyalty initiatives i.e. ASME India Pvt. Ltd.. Membership in India. The ideal candidate will support to develop and implement effective strategies to support programs that enhance customer engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and analytics teams to optimize our membership benefits offerings and drive membership growth


Role & responsibilities :


1. To support in designing, implementation, and manage ASME India Pvt. Ltd. membership programs to increase the number of ASME India Pvt. Limited. members their engagement and retention.

2. To support in conduction of market research to identify trends and ASME India Private Ltd. members preferences to refine loyalty offerings.

3. To support membership team in analysing program performance metrics, customer behaviour, and follow-up data to assess the effectiveness of loyalty initiatives and members engagement.

4. Support the team to develop strategies to enhance customer engagement through targeted communication and personalized experiences.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create promotional campaigns that integrate loyalty program benefits.

6. Support to the team to gather customer feedback through surveys and focus groups to improve program offerings and user experience.

7. Conduct the webinars/ college visits to present the membership benefits, dues, registration and payment process.

8. Establishing a positive rapport with ASME India Pvt. Ltd. members throughout query handling, while communicating to them.

9. Travelling to the field for supporting ASME India Pvt. Ltd. events, operations and promotional activities

10. Support membership team in documentation, handling stakeholder database, monthly progress report, presentations related to Membership operations.

11. Set up frequent calls to the ASME India Pvt. Ltd. members to communicate with them about their membership expiration, renewal and offers i.e. discount and promotional codes.

12. Supporting Membership conducting periodic schedule-based email blasts/ campaign for new & existing Dues unpaid members to Join/renew their membership Following organization’s communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

13. Based on requirement, he/she support team to manage Calls and Emails, framing responses to customers with streamlined message delivery in alignment with ASME India Pvt. Limited. Brand by creatively aligning content and solutions as per customer needs

14. Any other duties as may be expected, and which are commensurate with the level of the post.



Preferred candidate profile

1. Bachelor’s degree with an excellent oral and written English and local language communication skills and an eye to detail.

2. Minimum 4 years of working experience in managing B2C –business to customer programs and operations.

3. Preferred, more than 02 years’ experience of working on loyalty management programs would be an advantage for the candidate.

4. Able to use large scale database for campaign and regular update as per the follow up done.

5. Effective communication and presentation skills

6. Candidate should be able to organize and manage daily work schedule and corresponding deliverables with minimal to no supervision.

7. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to diverse types of personalities with ease aplomb.

8. Demonstrate quick problem resolution ability.

9. Demonstrated aptitude for high level computer applications with strong understanding of customer integrity & data security with proficiency in MS office tools and CRM software tools.

10. Knowledge of principles of GDPR to maintain integrity and confidentiality of members database and personal information.
