At AIPL, an Instructional design - Specialist is responsible for course development, deployment, and maintenance, but most importantly an LXD creates engaging, real-world, high-quality learning experiences that delight our learners and bring them back to us again and again. The LX team works with amazing Engineering Subject Matter Experts and content development vendors to deliver fun, modern modules and courses.

balance of skills and personality that will help bring AIPL learning offerings up and over the high bar were setting for ourselves.
Working with the Manager of Learning Experience, the Instructional design - Specialist will develop AIPL learning solutions, courses and programs, and content, and maintain/revise existing course material and programs as needed.
Responsibilities of this position break down roughly as:
Bachelor's degree in instructional design, educational technology, instructional technology, or a related field
2. Master's degree in instructional design, education, instructional technology, or a related field
3. Certification in instructional design from organizations such as the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) or the Association for Talent Development (ATD)
4. Advanced degrees such as a Ph.D. in instructional design or educational technology may be required for more advanced or specialized roles in the field
