Role & responsibilities

A Corporate Trainer, or Development Educator, is responsible for maintaining the standards of an organization's talent by providing comprehensive training at the start of employment and as needed throughout employment. Good knowledge in C, C++, Linux concepts.

Qualifications and Education requirements: -

Bachelor of Engineering with Specialization on ECE or CSE or IT or Master of Computer Applications with 4- 6 years experience in the following areas

Technical Skills : -

• Proven experience as corporate trainer
• Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
• Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching
• Proficient in C, C++ and Linux Concepts.
• Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills
• Organisational and time management abilities
• Critical thinking and decision making
• Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching

Desirable Skills: -

Embedded Domain Skills
