Job Summary:

The Academic Counsellor is responsible for guiding students/candidates in making informed decisions about their academic and career paths. The role involves counseling, academic planning, support services, and acting as a bridge between students/candidates and institutional resources to ensure their academic success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Academic Guidance: • Provide personalized academic counseling to students based on their educational goals, interests, and strengths.

2. Career Planning: Help students explore career options based on their academic interests and strengths.

3. Support Services :• Provide information on available courses, fees structure and academic resources

4. Communication and Outreach: • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress reports.

Required Qualifications:

Education

• Bachelors degree

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in academic counseling or related roles.
• Familiarity with educational programs, admission processes, and student/candidate support services
