Tele Sales Executive

We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and a proven track record in meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound calls to promote and sell products/services to potential customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions.
• Follow up with leads to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or Customer Service.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong ability to handle objections.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
