Job Summary

E5 World is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales/Closing Manager to lead and execute the sales process for our innovative fractional investment option in the E5 World Resort. The role involves engaging potential investors, guiding them through the investment process, and ensuring successful deal closures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proven sales track record, and experience in real estate or investment sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets for fractional investment opportunities.
    • Identify, prospect, and qualify potential investors.
  • Investor Engagement
    • Build strong relationships with prospective investors and provide detailed information about the E5 World Resort investment opportunity.
    • Conduct presentations, site visits, and webinars to showcase the benefits of fractional ownership.
  • Deal Closure
    • Lead negotiations and finalize investment deals with potential clients.
    • Address objections, provide solutions, and ensure seamless closure of sales transactions.
  • Customer Experience
    • Deliver an excellent customer experience by maintaining transparent communication and offering personalized investment solutions.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to investors, ensuring their confidence in the investment opportunity.
  • Collaboration & Reporting
    • Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
    • Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback to the management team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, resort sales, or investment offerings.
  • Proven ability to close high-value deals with HNIs and institutional investors.
  • Strong understanding of fractional ownership and real estate investment models.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets consistently.
