Marketing Executive

• o Oversee and execute internal and external branding activities for branches, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines
• o Manage the design, installation, and maintenance of branch signage and other branding materials
• o Ensure branding elements (eg, logos, colors, layouts) are consistent across all branch locations
• o Plan and execute below-the-line marketing initiatives such as events, promotions, and local campaigns
• o Coordinate with vendors and branches to implement BTL activities seamlessly
• o Ensure all activities align with the brand s objectives and target audience
• o Manage OOH advertising campaigns, including billboards, transit ads, and other outdoor media
• o Coordinate with agencies and vendors for the design, placement, and maintenance of OOH assets
• o Monitor the performance and effectiveness of OOH campaigns, ensuring maximum visibility and impact
• o Act as a liaison between branches, vendors, and the marketing team to address branding requirements and resolve any issues
• o Work closely with branch managers to understand and fulfill specific branding needs
• o Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for signage, printing, and other branding services
• o Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work
• o Negotiate contracts and manage budgets effectively
• o Source and procure branding materials such as signage, posters, banners, and other collateral
• o Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials
• o Inspect and approve branding installations to ensure they meet the organization s standards
• o Conduct regular audits of branch branding to ensure consistency and maintenance
• o Maintain records of branding activities, budgets, and vendor details
• o Provide regular updates and reports to the marketing team on branding progress and challenges
