Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
  • Process and maintain day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable.
  • Maintain office documentation, filing systems, and databases (both physical and digital).
  • Manage invoices, Invoice Validation and material receipts, and other financial documents and enter the daily financial transactions in Tally ERP
  • Closely follow-up for materials and purchase orders.
  • Manage and help on procurement for Project site location.
  • Maintain Petty Cash.
  • Maintain party ledgers, and financial records in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Understanding of TDS and GST Implication.
  • Oversee the purchasing of materials for the project site and keep track of materials on materials.
  • Collecting the multiple quotation from Vendors and comparison.
  • Coordinate with Main office accounting team for streamline the accounting and finance activities.
  • Other duties requested by employer.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Bachelors/Masters Degree in commerce.

2. Good command over MS-office application.

3. Considerable experience in similar field.

4. Good command over English, Hindi, Kannada.
