Quantitative Trader

We at Etharia Quants are seeking a Quantitative Trader for our team in Bangalore. This team builds trading algos across a multitude of asset classes on a gamut of concepts and techniques ranging from time series analysis, filtering, classification, stochastic models, pattern recognition to statistical inference analyzing terabytes of data to come up with ideas to identify pricing anomalies in financial markets. As a Quantitative Trader your responsibilities will include

1. Must have experience with connecting APIs with various Brokers such as Kotak Neo/Angel and others.
2. Must have experience with Python coding for converting the approved strategies into Algos and connecting to the broking platforms for LIVE Trading.
3. Must have experience with building Risk Management Models.
4. Should have experience with Trading software's such as Spider, Quant Tower etc.
5. Work as a team with senior traders to operate and implement/improve our automated trading strategies
6. Analyzing production trades and developing models to improve our trading strategies.
7. Implement monitoring tools which highlight potential issues in the production strategies.
8. Write comprehensive and scalable scripts in both C++ and python analyzing production strategies for risk attribution, performance break-ups along various buckets.
9. Build cool’ scalable post-trade systems analyzing multitude of statistics across all production strategies.
10. Implementing tools for analyzing Market Data centrally across various exchanges
11. Managing deployments and release cycle, with working along with a senior trader.

Requirements :

• 4 - 7 years of experience working as a Quantitative Trader developing models
• Possess a degree in or have good experience in highly analytical field such as Mathematics, Computer Science and Basic programming (C/C++)
• Well versed in analyzing and data crunching with Python
• Strong problem-solving, mathematical and quantitative reasoning skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Quantitative bent of mind
• Have a strong work ethics

Location of candidate preferred in Bangalore, however we are open to discuss over hybrid/remote working if the candidate is located in other states. Willing to full time.
