Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Digital Marketing:
• • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns to generate high-quality mortgage leads.
• • Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) with engaging, targeted content.
• • Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
• • Leverage SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility.
• • Create compelling email marketing campaigns to nurture leads.
• 2. Lead Generation:
• • Identify and implement strategies to attract qualified leads.
• • Use CRM systems to track and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
• • Monitor and analyze lead conversion metrics, making data-driven adjustments to campaigns.
• 3. Sales Support:
• • Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead nurturing workflows.
• • Follow up with leads via email, phone, or SMS to qualify them for mortgage broking services.
• • Provide insights to improve sales and marketing alignment.
• 4. Content Creation:
• • Develop blog posts, videos, and other content that addresses the pain points of potential clients.
• • Stay updated on industry trends and create content tailored to client needs.
• 5. Reporting & Analysis:
• • Track campaign performance and provide regular reports.
• • Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms to refine strategies.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation (preferably in the financial or mortgage sector).
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and email marketing tools.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
