1. Estate Operations & Maintenance
- Oversee daily operations of residential and commercial properties.
- Implement estate management policies, procedures, and best practices.

2. Financial Planning & Budgeting

- Handle financial reports and liaise with finance teams for accurate accounting.
3. Compliance & Legal Management
- Ensure compliance with local real estate laws, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
- Manage property documentation, permits, contracts, and lease agreements.
- Collaborate with legal teams to resolve disputes and regulatory concerns.
4. Facility & Infrastructure Management
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for buildings, utilities, and common areas.
- Ensure proper functioning of essential services like water supply, electricity, HVAC, elevators, and security systems.
- Implement sustainable and energy-efficient property management solutions.
5. Vendor & Service Provider Management
- Negotiate contracts with facility management service providers, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor service quality and adherence to contractual agreements.
- Ensure cost-effective procurement of maintenance materials and services.
6. Security & Risk Management
- Implement security measures to safeguard estate properties, tenants, and visitors.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure emergency preparedness plans are in place.
- Manage safety protocols, including fire prevention, emergency response, and access control systems.
7. Stakeholder & Community Engagement
- Build strong relationships with homeowners' associations, corporate tenants, and local authorities.

8. Landscape & Garden Management:
- Develop and implement landscaping plans, ensuring the upkeep of gardens, lawns, trees, and ornamental plants.
