Role & responsibilities

We are looking for candidate for IQC engineer for raw material for our electronics components.

Educational Qualification: Diploma/ITI/BE Electronics, Electronics field.

Job responsibilities:

• Training & Process setting at Incoming & Store area.
• Have a wide knowledge of Inspection of SMT component as well as leaded.
• IQC of assembled PCB at incoming stage.
• Material Handling & storage improvements and standardisation at incoming stage.
• Incoming Quality issues reviewing and reporting for Improvement
• Maintaining quality records as per ISO for IQC
• Carry inspection at vendor factory.
• Handling monthly rejection reviews of materials.

QC Reporting, Tracking and Review of daily routine activity

• To handle process such as IQC Plan and execute process.
• Face internal Audit based on ISO/UL/TUV and report for NC and take action

for closure of NC.

• Monthly analysis report on rejection.
• Knowledge of ISO documents and implementation.
• Have experience of external audits conducted by External certification Body every year.
