We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Merchandiser to manage garment production, client relationships, and costing processes. The role demands strong expertise in fabrics, garment construction, and production oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Costing & Pricing: Perform accurate garment costing with a solid understanding of stitching processes and fabric knowledge.

• Fabric & Material Sourcing: Efficiently source fabrics, trims, and printing contacts, recommending suitable materials for designs.

• Client Management: Handle multiple clients, ensuring clear communication and translating their requirements for the internal team.

• Sampling & Production Oversight: Oversee sampling, optimize fabric usage, and monitor production for quality and timely delivery.

• Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and manage purchase orders effectively.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and production workflows.

• Proven ability to manage competitive costing and client relationships.

• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
