Senior Manager, Software Development, PV Core Subscriptions Tech

As a Senior Software Development Manager in the Prime Video Subscriptions team, you will partner with peers and diverse stakeholders to establish and align on your team s strategy to meet long-term business goals. You will structure and lead a team capable of building, solving and scaling problems, and oversee the planning, design and implementation of critical cross-team programs that drive business goals to acquire new customers. You lead or critically influence planning and foster best-in-class execution of all aspects of software execution, and establish process improvements and mechanisms to drive operational excellence. - 10+ years of engineering experience
- 5+ years of engineering team management experience
- 10+ years of planning, designing, developing and delivering consumer software experience
- Experience partnering with product or program management teams
- Experience managing multiple concurrent programs, projects and development teams in an Agile environment
