Position Overview: We are seeking a Subject Matter Experts to help expand our reach beyond FMCG into FMCD industries by designing custom solutions for them. The SMEs will be required to leverage their deep expertise to help expand our offerings, establish relationships with key clients, and drive revenue growth across our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify business opportunities within the FMCD sector and help secure partnerships.
- Gradually build a team to lead BD and Ops and culminate into a mini BU leadership position.
- Provide expert insights on industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior.
- Assist with client onboarding, understanding their requirements, and designing custom solutions.
- Guide cross-functional teams including business and product, in creating targeted services for FMCD clients.
- Analyse market gaps and develop strategies to increase market share.
- Regularly report on industry updates, challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in FMCD, with a focus on marketing, sales, or business development.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of FMCD market dynamics and key players.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Self-driven and results-oriented.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
Working Conditions:
- Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Policy: Employees are required to use their personal devices, adhering to company security standards.
- Location Gurgaon, Haryana
- Frequent travel to client and field locations.
- Collaboration and liaising with internal teams
- Periodic travel to industry events for business development
