In this role, you will be testing solutions and experiences built with Large Language Models (LLMs) and other generative technologies.

Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for manual and automated testing of features across various platforms including web and mobile.
- Own the planning, development and execution of test plans and test cases.
- Review user interfaces for conformity and functionality.
- Help develop, improve, and employ testing strategies and techniques.
- Find, isolate, document, regress, and track bugs through resolution.
- Interpret and report testing results, and be a vocal proponent for quality in every phase of the development process.
- Work with Software Development Engineers (SDE) to understand the overall technical architecture and how each feature is implemented, and also with product managers to understand the customer experience - while building mechanisms to improve the software quality.
- Be leading and responsible for key feature s quality.

About the team
Alexa Routines allows customers to configure automations of the form if a specific event (trigger) happens, then execute one or more actions . Alexa Routines Experience is our customer facing manifestation and is accessible in the Routines GUI in the Alexa Mobile App. We are in an early phase of a strategic revamp to offer Routines via voice by leveraging LLMs. - 4+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
- Experience in automation testing
- Experience in manual testing
- Experience as QA lead on medium to large sized projects
