Engineer - Electrical

Engineer For the Post of Electrical Maintenance

1) Basic Knowledge in electrical Schematic drawing, Electrical and Electronics devices.

2) Basic Knowledge on PLC s (AB, Siemens , Mitsubishi, ABB etc),HMI SCADA screen development

3) Knowledge on instrumentation, Utilities equipments(Chillers, compressors, DCS,FA RO DM Plants, ETP) Robotics

4) PLC programming develop based on machine condition and as per production requirement

5) Knowledge on Drives , soft starters, servo drives, Encoders, motors servo motors etc.

6) Establish machine maintenance standards PM, MTTR, MTBF etc.. Explicit in Break Down analysis, corrective action preventive action analysis through trouble shooting tools

7) Identification of Projects related to Cost, Inventory, Reliability, Energy, Fatigue, IIOT Automations and executing to meet the Business goals

8) Planning and procurement of Critical spares and inventory control.

9) Responsible for performing Preventive, Predictive Break down maintenance.

10) Maintain Down Time Report ,MTTR ,MTBF, Energy Specific energy consumption Reports

11) Deploy Total employee involvement through CI programs like 5S,QCC,KAIZEN ,TPM Suggestion scheme and motivate the employees towards TEI
