Responsible for maintenance of Programmable PCB manufactuing SMT equipment like Printer, Pick & Place machine, Reflow oven, AOI and link conveyors.
Also PTH line equipment like conveyor, Wave soldering equipment, Conformal coating machine maintenance.
Scheduling of Daily, weekly, Monthly, Preventive & Predictive maitenance of process equipment and other utilities
Capturing of MTTR and MTBR and take appropriate action to improve up time of the equipment
Breakdown analysis and capa implementation
Having skills to communicate the problem statement of equipment in case of breakdown with vendor/supplier for bringing solution on fast track.
