Social Media Specialist

Position Summary:

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field with proven experience in social media management. They should be proficient in social media platforms, analytics, and advertising, with strong communication skills, creativity, and a team-oriented mindset.

Job Requirements:

1. Responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales for Amar Chitra Katha & Tinkle.

2. Plan Social Media Marketing Strategies to increase followers.

3. Suggest ideas, trends, hashtags & keywords to content creators (Editorial Teams).

4. Strategies to showcase activities, blogs, articles of website on social media.

5. Post & manage our official social media platforms.

6. Manage a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.

7. Handle online/LIVE events Setup, Manage & promotions on Stream yard.

8. Cover offline events & network (Shooting).

9. Manage activities on SM platforms like comments, tags, messages, etc.

10. Collect and analyze data related to social media marketing campaigns & track performance of other initiatives & suggest.

11. Find relevant Social Media Influencer & collaborations for revenue generation.
